1. Who we are
Classroom AMT is operated by Alex Walls (Georgia, USA). Contact: support@classroomamt.com.
2. Information we collect

3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service, including Pro features
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To let instructors run classrooms, quizzes and assigned exams
- To send service messages, such as receipts, billing notices and reports you ask us to email
- To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with the law
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers we share with
We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google Firebase: sign-in, database and file storage
- Vercel: website hosting and server functions
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- Anthropic: AI grading of DME Mode answers and AI-generated practice questions. The question text and your typed answer are sent for processing. Your name and email are not sent.
- Google Analytics: aggregate usage statistics
- Google (Gmail): sending emails you request, such as a practice report sent to an instructor
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of users or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the Service. If the Service is transferred, this policy will continue to apply to your information.
5. Instructors and sharing
If you join a classroom, your instructor can see your name and your results on quizzes and exams they assign. Your other practice results and ACS codes are visible to an instructor only if you share them from My Profile, and you can stop sharing at any time.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing support@classroomamt.com from your account's email address. We'll complete the request within 30 days. We may keep limited records, such as payment history, where the law or legitimate business needs require it, for example tax records.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
- Manage or cancel Pro anytime from My Profile.
- Deny location access, or block analytics cookies in your browser. The core features still work.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have more rights, such as data portability or the right to object to processing. Email us to use them. We won't treat you differently for doing so.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it. Users aged 13–17 should use the Service with a parent's or guardian's permission.
9. Security
We use access-controlled databases, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a PCI-compliant payment processor to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
10. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings, such as theme, language and last tab. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure usage.
11. Changes
We'll post any updates here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we'll also give notice in the app or by email.
